At Ashley Stambouli, every piece is crafted with love and intention. Because our dresses are made in two different ways — Ready to Ship and Made to Order — our return options differ depending on which type of piece you choose. Each product page is clearly marked so you always know before you buy.

Ready to Ship — Full Refund Eligible

Ready to Ship styles are pieces we have crafted in advance and have available in our atelier, ready to be sent to you right away.

Your options:

• Full refund to your original payment method

• Exchange for another size, color, or style

• Store credit (never expires)

Conditions:

• Your return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal: ashleystambouli.com/a/506-returns-manager

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label on all returns and exchanges

• Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

Made to Order — Exchange & Store Credit

Made to Order pieces are cut and sewn especially for you after you place your order. Because each piece is created individually, we are unable to offer monetary refunds on these styles.

Your options:

• Exchange for another size, color, or style

• Store credit for the full amount (never expires)

Conditions:

• Your exchange or return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery through our returns portal: ashleystambouli.com/a/506-returns-manager

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached

• Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label on all returns and exchanges

Sale Items & International Orders

All items marked as sale are final and not eligible for exchange or return. 

Custom & Made-to-Measure Pieces

Gowns created to your personal measurements or with custom modifications are final sale, as they are one-of-a-kind pieces made exclusively for you. If anything isn't perfect, please reach out — we will always work with you on alterations and adjustments to make sure your dress fits beautifully.
