Shipping & Returns
If an item is marked 'Ready to Ship,' it will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase, pending availability and credit verification. For items marked 'Made to Order,' please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery, as they are crafted specially for you. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us. Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible. Items marked 'Ready to Ship' are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Items marked 'Made to Order' are crafted especially for you and are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. We do not provide prepaid return labels - customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping on all returns and exchanges. Items marked as sale are final and not eligible for exchange or return. In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
